Cool Learning Toy: P'kolino Puzzle Stacker

P’kolino Puzzle Stacker

After my twins mastered basic stacking, I purged my home of all of the plastic ring stackers I’d amassed over the past few months. So I felt a twinge of guilt when I brought in a brand new stacker. This one, though, was different.

Available in two sizes (full size and mini), the P’kolino Puzzle Stacker ($38.50 for full size) is perfect for one to three year-olds. Cut from a single piece of high-quality rubber wood, the 10 pieces (some are colored with non-toxic paint) interlock together to create five rings.

This cute puzzle is the ultimate learning tool! It helps little ones fine-tune motor skills, expand spatial logic knowledge and develop color and size recognition.  My twins loved playing with the durable pieces both on and off the ring. Want a smaller size? It’s also available in a mini version ($25).
