Petunia Pickle Bottom Organic Layette Line

Petunia Pickle Bottom (think chic baby accessories) burst onto the scene in 2000 and counts celebrity moms like Salma Hayek and Heidi Klum among its devoted clientele. Now, the California-based design company brings the same unique combination of sophistication and whimsy that it brought to the diaper bag to a new line of organic layette sets including the Snuggle Set (long sleeve romper, knit hat and swaddling blanket, $60) and Social Set (long-sleeve kimono-style onesie, knit pant and knit hat, $44), pictured.

Made of super soft pre-washed 100% organic combed cotton, the line features two distinct prints for girls (rose/olive filigree floral with olive trim) and boys ( chocolate/sky pixilated diamond pattern with chocolate trim). The line also includes a Onesie Gift Set (set of 3, $46) and Socks Gift Set (set of 3, $25). Each piece is so cozy, you’ll need to fight the urge to squeeze into them yourself.

Available in sizes 0-3 months or 3-6 months, they arrive in Petunia Pickle Bottom’s signature gift box — making it a great pick for a baby shower.

Cute. I thought the clothing would be riddiculously overpriced (like their diaper bags), but not so bad.

I love the hat! I am due with my second in May and will have to look into that line of clothes.

Mom Said It

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
