With baby no. 4 arriving in the next few weeks, Heidi Klum has been keeping up her busy schedule!

The Project Runway host attended the Emmys on Sunday in a tight black dress, but went considerably looser with her outfit on Thursday as she picked up children Leni, 5, Henry, 4, and Johan, 2 ½, at taekwondo class in Los Angeles.

Heidi and Seal‘s daughter is due in mid-October.

Kate if you look a little longer at the top of her chest you can sort of make out lines for a bra about an inch below the V of her top. Maybe it’s a non-padded bra. I have a couple of VS bras that are not padded since I am well endowed in that area and are mearly for support and sometimes if I wear a thinner shirt I have a nipple issue!
