wow, that story about the embryo transfer is really sad for all involved! I couldn’t imagine being on either end of that scenario.

It’s so sad that a picture of a naked child is now equated with sexual abuse. Unless we are missing something from this story, I think that is really awful. My toddler is naked probably 75% of the time that we are at home, especially in the warmer months.

That misplanted embryo story is just terrible. I feel horribly for that family.

About the photos, I think the people at Walmart were just trying to be careful. It’s extremely unfortunate that it’s happening to innocent parents BUT in the off chance it wasn’t innocent, I’m glad there are people keeping a look out.

About the trip to the ER, I find now that the trips are super quick. I always get ushered in and out. I did take my son to the ER one day when he was very little and was so surprised to see that they didn’t have breast-pumps or even a breastfeeding room or area available. Even at my OB/GYN’s office, there is no such thing. I do wish that they were more accomodating.

Wow, the Walmart story is unreal !!! I agree, unless there is something they aren’t saying, the whole thing seems ridiculous !Even the low memory cards hold about 100 pictures. Most people take pictures in a series of some order and they tend to get them all developed, even if they are crap.If any are deleted, then the series of file names/numbers will be off.I know some photo workers that say they are trained to be cautious of men getting pictures developed/or picking things up, especially when it is of kids. Ever since I heard the stories, I began to be the one dropping off the things to be developed and picking them up.

Now I feel weird. I’m not sure where to have a lot of my pics developed. I have b.f. pics and feeding pics, and pics with my son when he just came out, legs flopped like a frog for all to see his stuff (hence his nickname Froggie) and even bath pics.

Rach – I would suggest printing your own photos, if possible. That’s what we do. You just can’t be too cautious anymore.

Summer thanks, I will def look into that. Lest he ends up on some creepy phot workers wall :s

What kind of printer etc. do you guys use ? Is it good quality ?
