I had a drug free water birth by accident (got into the bath and didn’t ever get out really) and my baby proofing efforts consisted of watching my husband put some plastic plugs in the electric sockets one afternoon.

I agree with her last paragraph as well. My two youngest sons were driving me crazy this morning, the 16month old got into crayons and wrote all over the table, the 4yr old was yelling at the baby, etc. And then when things calmed down, as I was cleaning the mess, my 4yr old looks up at me and says: “Mom, being a mommy is hard work. I love you”. My heart just melted.

And wild guess, but with her sitting in the middle of the table, I think Constance and Kent are pretty much letting everyone know who the center of their universe is: Little Luna. :)

And hey, I find nothing wrong with being prepared in every way for the baby the way she got herself prepared before Luna’s arrival. I think I might follow in her footsteps…
