The Pinaults Play at the Park

He may be one of the richest men in the world, but François-Henri Pinault isn’t afraid to get down in the dirt with his daughter! The PPR CEO and Valentina Pinault, 23 months, spent some time at Beverly Glen Park with her nanny on Thursday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Mom is François-Henri’s wife, actress Salma Hayek.

Valentina is getting so big!!! She & my daughter are almost the exact same age, so I love to watch this little one grow as my child grows. And just like my daughter, Valentina needs a haircut!

I love to see her and Daddy spending some quality time – even though she doesn’t look nearly “at home” as she does with her momma :)

Valentina is absolutely beautiful.

she is so cute! <3

I’m not sure I have ever seen them solo ( minus Selma) Cute pictures though, she looks like her dad IMO with dark features!!!

Valentina is so beautiful. She has her dad’s nose and expression, but her complexion, eyecolor and eye shape, plus pretty dark hair is salma’s. She’s a great mix of both parents.

She is so adorable! She is a daddy’s girl! He looks like a great dad, and I think I can see a little more of him in Valentina than when she was younger.

- Cassandra on

I think in the first photo she has Salma’s facial expression!

- JMO on

Gorgeous child! Francois obviously adores his little girl.

- janie on

She looks like she could be a Gosselin child.

She is sooooooooooo cute!!! I know some babies really thin out once they start walking but it looks like Valentina has kept some of her baby fat and I think it’s adorable!! lol Also that green looks very pretty on her. She could probably either use a hair cut or a couple barrettes but it’s not like it is hurting her so if she is happy then it doesn’t really matter.

Aww she’s an adorable little girl! What a cutie!

- Alice on

She looks so much like papa in these pics. I love them together.

Why is daddy wearing a leather jacket on such a warn, sunny day?

Why on Earth does he need a nanny? They have one child…I understand nedding a nanny when the parents have to work, but at the park? Multiple children and a nanny makes since, but this just seems silly. Valentina is a gorgeous little girl though…

- momof3 on

Maybe he picked her up from the nanny who took her to the park. I often met up with parents at the park when I worked in childcare. The parents would then extend park time.

- Lena on

momof3- i guess since he is one of the richest’s people in the world he can afford about 10 nannies! lol

She’s gorgeous!

As someone who has worked as a nanny, I completely understand why a parent with just one child would bring their nanny along to the park. 1) The parents are paying the nanny to work, so why not have her work?! Maybe it was a quick trip to the park, then he was going back to work and they needed the nanny then? 2) The parents get to see how the nanny interacts with their child, how the child responds, etc. 3) Maybe the nanny is newly hired and the parents is showing her the ropes? 4) Maybe the parents and nanny have a great, friendly, yet professional relationship and can all get along without jealousy issues. 5) This is especially true when pesky paparazzi are around or you have a child who could be taken and held ransom- two sets of eyes are always better than one!

She looks cute, her hair is fine and she looks perfectly at home with her father. No problems with the nanny either.

Valentina is so cute! She’s becoming such a pretty little girl (don’t take that wrong, she was always cute, but she’s starting to look less like a baby and more like a little girl).

- Erika on

It look like the nanny is kissing him on the first pic :D

that’s one pretty baby, i just looove her complexion! she’s going to grow up to be a real beauty with (hopefully :) ) long dark think hair like her mom has. and it’s great to see little Valentina with her dad!

- natalie on

What a beautiful child. I love her growing hair.

- Bb on

Francois is so old. How old is he? He looks like her grandpa.

- Laura on

I was wondering when the “old” comments would come….didn’t have to wait too long! LOL!

Valentina is a cutie pie! And she has such a sweet name!

- daniela on

Wow aberdathy, she DOES look like one of the Gosselins

- Jessica on

She is so gorgeous!

Laura – I think he was born in 1962.

Valentina is adorable. Love her longer hair. She’s grown and sure looks like a litle girl, and a baby no more. Nice to see her spending time with her Dad. Francois-Henri is not old at all, he is only 46 years old, about 3 years older than Salma. I read somewhere that despite his wealth, he is a very nice and down to earth guy.

- cathy on

He may look ‘old’ but he’s only 47, about 4 or 5 years older than his wife.

- Ava on

Salma was born in 1966. Francois-Henri was born in 1962. So he’s only 4 yrs older than his wife. Also, this man is a billionaire, mega rich. I think it’s nice to see him being a hands-on parent and spending quality time with his daughter. If he took the nanny, I don’t blame him. Maybe it wasn’t even his idea. Salma may have wanted him to take the nanny as an extra set of eyes as the toddler played at the park–especially if paparazzi’s around. Regarding her looks, in my opinion, Valentina has her father’s features, but her mother’s coloring. This child definitely inherited the dark latin looks. The Mexican/French/Lebanese heritage makes a gorgeous mix and she looks like a sweet child.

- Lily on

Valentina certainly is a beautiful little girl, and I’ve always thought that her name suits her so well.

- Jennifer on

It makes me happy when adults sit down with children. To be in level with a child is important.
