Ok so I think that Tori and Dean are wonderful parents but a lot of people have suggested that they are “pimping” their kids out…with these recent pics, I can’t help but agree. I mean if they are on vacation, why are these photos so staged and they don’t look like they are private photos. These celebs crave attention even when they are away on vacation and then complains that the paps follow them everywhere…

(Jill) I don’t think Tori or Dean needs to “pimp” out their kids. Maybe they are taping the new season of their show…or maybe they were taking a photo for someone else to take and a photog got a shot as well. It’s really not cool to judge them. I doubt they’re getting any money on those photos anyway. It’s not like it’s the first photo of her child. I’m love their show and I think they’re great people and I think this is a great photograph of the two!

I’m not bothered by the staged photographs. They have some control over where and when they are photographed which reduces the lure for the paparazzi to follow them.

anyone who comes to this site to look at these beautiful celeb babies has no business talking about kids being ‘pimped out’ because you’re here looking at them just like the rest of us.
theres plenty of kids we see often here….we dont ever hear marcia cross is ‘pimping out’ her girls, or melissa joan hart ‘pimping out’ her boys….what a bunch of rubbish! lets all relax and enjoy the pics and allow the celebs to show us a glimpse of their lovely offspring and not complain about it!

I LOVE Tori and Dean. I think they are wonderful and loving parents. They have made 2 beautiful and well rounded children. I do not think for a second that they “pimp” their children out. They are celebrities so they will always be photographed. Maybe they are tired of running and hiding so they decided to allow it. I dont see any harm in what they do. They are great. I just wish a lot more celebrities were as great of parents as they are!

Wow, it’s amazing how much she looks like both her brothers and all three look like Dean.
I’d say Stella will be another strawberry blonde in a couple of years, just like Liam is now. The first photo she looks blonde, the second one, she looks red.

Shannon, you’re right about the photos reducing the paparazi. It’s like the Gosselins. Kate took a ferry with her kids and there were the paprazzi. Most celeb feel if they let some photos been taken right away, they’ll be left alone for the rest of their trip.

you know, some of the things Tori has done we may not agree with but shes a mom who loves her kids. they could just be taping new scenes for their show, we dont know so we cant judge. shes doesent “pimp her kids out”. i was thinking that we hate her, cuz we are so jealous of her. come on people, shes rich and her whole family is cuz of Aaron, her dad. and she got famous on Beverly Hills, 90210(like my fav show ever:P) cuz her dad let her on. its getting really old reading people bashing Tori and her family, shes just trying to do something with her life. im gonna admit, Tori used to really annoy me, but its really a time-waster to be hating on someone. just be happy! and stop being hateful of her, it really does waste your time when you could be enjoying pics of Tori and her cute kids:)

that’s my whole point Mary-Helen…From what I’ve seen on their show, Tori and Dean seems like they’re good parents and I like watching their kids who are so adorable…but then, why would you let the paps take photos of your vacation with your family…one shot might be ok but I’ve seen other photos from the same vacation and Tori seems to enjoy the attention she’s getting…she could easily asked the paps to leave them alone after taking one shot but she just seems to bask in the glory.

I don’t think they are ‘pimping their kids out’. They probably allowed a few pictures with the intent that after that, the paparazzi would leave them be and let them enjoy their vacation. They might be filming too, for their show, who knows?

I love their show! I think the kids are adorable and Tori and Dean are so funny!! I am anxious for a new season! I want to know if bill and scout get to adopt – I think they would make great parents! I love that on her show, Tori has friends that are so great and that really love her and her children! It just shows that even “celebs” lead somewhat normal lives!

what you all have to remember is they have a REALITY SHOW! I truly enjoy watching Tori – she’s real, funny, genuine, a great parent, a wonderful wife. She and Dean are the real deal. If you were taping a reality show – you would need footage and photos. COme on people – be nice. If you have an issue with certain celebs allowing their child to be photographed, then why come to a web site that is about celebs and their babies. I really can not follow people’s logic when they complain about pictures on a web site dedicated just to that very thing.

This is a baby site, and if you want to put on a smile and come to this site with nothing but praise, great. Otherwise, if your gonna come on here and say they’re pimping out their kid- well let me say once again, this is a celebrity site and babies are on here. Also, I love this family, and maybe Tori will have another baby cuz this family is cute. I don’t believe this family pimp their kids it’s just that they are taping a reality show and it’s not like you can just stay indoor all the time when your taping a reality show. When you’re taping a reality show, you have to do things on the show or your not going to get people to watch you. That’s my point of view anyway. I love this family a ton!!!

I was going to defend her weight loss until I saw how skinny her legs are, OMG! However some of us do shed the pounds rather quickly when taking care of multiple children and working full time. Especially those of us who don’t lounge around watching television all of the time.

The staged photos come from the same celebrities over and over again (Z-listers…), but in a way a staged photo is better than a paparazzi one. Celebrities realise that there is an interest in their lives, and that people (like ourselves!) are curious to see what their children look like. Surely it’s better, and safer, for the child to have their photo taken in a staged op rather than being chased down the street and frightened by the paps? I’m not saying I approve of ‘celebrities’ almost using their children as cute props to promote whatever new product/show they have, but I’m sure in the case of many they want some control over what photos of their children are released, and staged ops like this are the perfect (only?) way to do it.

I always think it’s funny that she is constantly talking about how busy and tired she is. Must be exhausting to have a baby nurse/nanny and vacation in Mexico a week after vacationing in Hawaii. I do like Tori and Dean, but she claims to be “normal” and grounded, but I don’t really see it.

Well they don’t have a baby nurse anymore, Patsy went home in June. She just stays the first year. I watch their show and like it, and admire Tori’s work ethic-she truly is almost always working. I don’t particularly like that they always have startraks at their events and outings taking photos, but I do understand why they do it, because it allows them some control.

I don’t think she’s anorexic, not everyone has a lot of meat on their bones. My brother is 6’2″ and weighs 135. When people came on here and said Jennifer Hudson and Carnie Wilson were overweight an overwhelmingly LARGE group of posters had to say how rude and inappropriate it was. It’s equally as rude and inappropriate to comment on a women’s weight on the other end of the spectrum. Kai, I’d also like to add that they make income from Tori’s books, jewelry line, and clothing line as well. Tori’s done a 90210, and Dean does do movies, whether they’re good or on Lifetime, doesn’t matter-he’s working.

Wow, I think this is the first time that I read through Tori picture comments and it took me until like 20-30 posts before the anorexic comment came up.
I was hoping I wouldnt’ see it at all….This is celebrity baby blog, not celebrity parent weight criticism blog.

From watching there show Tori and Dean controls what goes on and when it goes on and if they dont want there kids pictures taken I bet it doesnt happen. I love both Tori and Dean and I think there doing a wonderful job.

In Tori’s defense…I am 5’3″ and I weigh 95 pounds…I’m not anorexic. I eat plenty. I’ve had two kids but I have a metabolism that burns calories fast. Don’t judge just because you see a picture of her and you think she is too skinny. Maybe she’s skinny for your preferance but this is how she wants to look. She is so not anorexic.
And they do not “pimp” their kids out. They have a reality show, they are celebrities. She says herself that she is friendly with some of the photogs so why not invite them to take pictures. Besides this could be a picture that Dean took, how do we know?

Tori just doesn’t strike me as the type to be anorexic, and I agree with the poster who said it’s rude to talk about weight, whether being thick or thin. I’m 20 pounds lighter than I was before I had my daughter, I try everything I possibly can to gain weight because I’m aware that I’m too skinny. It’s hard being a single mother with a VERY active child and a job to even find time to eat! It hurts my feelings when my friends comment about my ribs or ask if I’ve eaten lately. But she’s a petite woman anyway. I don’t think she’s reached the point of looking sick yet, just busy probably! Stella is a cutie, both the kids look like Dean!

Jessica- I couldn’t agree more! My brother is the exact same height as your brother, and in his early-to-mid teens, he was quite skinny….yet he ate like a horse! He also literally grew like a weed during that time (as in, extreme growth spurt!), so I’m guessing it was a case of his weight having to catch up with his height!
These days, his weight is pretty average for his height. Anyway, I don’t think this can be said enough: Stella is adorable!
