Tom Colicchio Welcomes Son Luka Bodhi

Amanda Schwab/Startraks

It’s a boy for Tom Colicchio and wife Lori Silverbush! The couple welcomed son Luka Bodhi at 7:55 p.m. on Saturday, August 1st, a Bravo rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. The baby weighed 6 lbs., 9 oz., and was 19 in. long.

“They’re doing great!” says the Bravo rep.

Last month, the Top Chef judge confirmed that his writer/director wife was expecting, but demurred when asked about the baby’s name. “We’re keeping it under wraps,” he said at the time. “Our parents don’t know the name yet.”

This is the second child for Tom, 46, who has a 16-year-old son, Dante, from a previous relationship — and the couple’s first child together.

While the star chef may be taking some time off to enjoy fatherhood, the sixth season of his Emmy-nominated show Top Chef — filmed this season in Las Vegas — will premiere on August 19th.

Haven’t a clue who they are (I am in Ireland, hope that meakes it ok) but the name is so cute I had to stop and read the post. For my own reasons old Irish names and nothing else seem to appeal to me but I have always loved the name Luka.
