Registering and shopping for baby products can be a lot of fun but also stressful. For example, picking out some things like clothing is an exercise in cuteness, while choosing something like a stroller can be taxing as it’s baby’s primary mode of transportation. When I was pregnant with my first child and shopping for a stroller, I asked around for recommendations. Everyone said the same thing, “It depends on how you’re going to use it!” Well, how in the world did I know how I would use it? I plan to push a baby in it!
The truth is that everyone uses strollers differently. Some need it to go in and out of a small car’s trunk with ease. Others leave theirs unfolded and push it for miles and miles on urban terrain. Still others need joggers, doubles, or ultra-lightweight strollers for traveling. After reviewing more than 75 strollers on CBB, we have a recommendation for everyone, so we’re adding a new feature: stroller recommendations.
At the end of each review you’ll find our guide for a perfect fit for you. Some strollers are recommended for fashionistas who want to turn heads. Others are recommended for bargain hunters who want all the bells and whistles.

Tom Colicchio was obviously thrilled to hear that his hit TV show Top Chef garnered two Emmy nominations Thursday morning – “It feels great!” – but the award-winning chef admits he’s a bit preoccupied these days: his wife is expecting a baby!
“We’re having a boy,” he told PEOPLE, adding that the baby is due in early August. “That’s [my] real news!”
Tom, who has a 16-year-old son from a previous relationship, says that he and his writer/director wife, Lori Silverbush, are so prepared that they even have a name picked out, though he won’t reveal what it is.
“We’re keeping it under wraps,” he demurs. “Our parents don’t know the name yet.”
That’s not to say they haven’t asked. Tom also tells PEOPLE that his mother was (unsurprisingly!) thrilled to learn of the new addition.
“This is her seventh [grandchild]!” he says. “In fact, that’s how we broke it to her. We gave her a little onesie with the number seven on the back of it. She opened it up and she’s like, ‘What?!’ “
So will his new son be expected to follow in the footsteps of his Beard-award-winning dad?
“He could do whatever!” Tom says, adding that both his sons, “can do whatever they’d like to do as long as they’re happy.”
