As for Joel carrying Harlow? He did. In other pictures, you see him carrying Harlow. We don’t know anything from just one picture but all I know is how happy they look. It seems like Joel did something that made Nicole and Harlow laugh. In another pic that I saw it seems like he spilled his juice and that made Nicole and Harlow laugh. Cute Family.
