Sarah Michelle Gellar shows off her growing belly while running errands in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Wednesday.

The actress will be welcoming her first child with hubby Freddie Prinze Jr. this fall.

Bancie1031- I love SMG also but I think that she is particularly sneaky about avoiding papparazzi. I don’t think that there are more pictures of her out there and when there are, they will probably make it here. Pre-pregnancy, you rarely saw her out and about so we will probably have to take what we can get!

BTW I was looking for some information about Freddie Prince Jr and on one site there was information that Sarah had a baby boy it was at the begging of July but latter the information didn’t existed anymore

angelbaby33 – lol I know that ur right …. but I can hope can’t I ….. I know that her and Freddy both treasure their privacy but still I would love to see more pregnancy pictures of her … and baby pictures when she has him or her. Though in all honesty I know that more than likely we won’t get to see her baby for a while (maybe even close to a year) when she does gives birth

She is so pretty!

I love how she has managed to keep her pregnancy private. While I love looking @ pics of celebs, I also understand how much SMG and Freddie value their privacy and I love that for the most part the paps seem to respect that.

I think she’s having a boy for some reason.

It may be the first you’ve seen of her in awhile, but not me! I’ve seen a few other pictures of SMG around and was wondering why they weren’t being published here! I don’t know how I feel about that. On the one hand, I don’t want my favorite celebs hounded by photogs. On the other hand, I love seeing the pictures! I also don’t want them snubbed by my favorite celebrity sites. I have to scroll past all the pregnant playmate photos, at least throw me an SMG bone here and there!

Luckily other sites picked up the photos, those on the SMG bump watch best search elsewhere for the best coverage of the event.
