Palling around in Paris on Tuesday, Sean Preston, 3 ½, and Jayden James, 2 ½, got a little wind in their hair and spring in their steps!
The boys having been splitting time with dad Kevin Federline and mom Britney Spears as they join her on the European leg of her Circus tour.

They are so cute and they look so happy. I remember when Britney was sort of having that meltdown (head shaving, etc) and I felt so bad for the boys. I hope she’s doing well now and continues to be for herself and for these precious little darlings.

They look so much alike, I could barely tell them apart! Such adorable little boys! SP reminds me sooo much of my own son in the face, he always has. I wanted to add that I don’t think that momof3 was trying to be mean at all. I know it is a common phrase but I just wanted to let people know that those of us who are, often feel stigmatized when we hear it. Think of other slang words you have heard while growing up. They seem like nothing until you know someone and realize that it hurts their feelings.
Millie, the term is used when siblings are very close in age. I think it is generally for those who are less than 18 months apart. I have two sisters and one was born 5 days before my first birthday. The fact that we are also part Irish makes it worse.

Finnaryn- I’m pretty sure that the term “Irish twins” isn’t meant to hurt anyone’s feelings (whereas some other slang terms are basically meant to be hurtful, such as racial and ethnic slurs).
Anyway, your defination of “Irish twins” is basically correct. To be more specific, “Irish twins” usually refers to babies born within the same year (i.e., those 12 months or less apart).
