Having wrapped her spy thriller Salt, Angelina Jolie plays another role — hands-on mom! — while reportedly taking daughters Shiloh Nouvel, 3, and Zahara Marley, 4 ½, to a dance class in Studio City, Calif., on Monday.
Adorable! Just FYI, Salt is now in post-production. Or, at least Angie’s part is done.

I actually have the same dress but in blue. Maxi dresses are very comfortable and in my opinion not overly dressy. I love how they’re dressed in black, like 60s beatniks(sp).

I have several dresses that cost a few hundred dollars each. A few a bought on sale, a few I did not.

Sometimes I feel silly that I get so excited when you have not seen the kids for a while and then a picture of them appears. They are as cute as ever! I find that when you don’t see them all the time it’s even fun to see how much they have grown or if they have changed.

Both girls are beautiful. On the other site there was a picture of Shiloh and she looks so much like Jon Voight there. On the other pictures she looks like a mix of both parents.
And I really like to see some new pictures of the twins since they be 1 in a few days. Probably they are so big right now and they walk, say some words etc

Angelina’s dress may be more expensive then most are willing to spend, but when you have millions of dollars its okay to have an expensive dress. She has earned it, and worked for it.

Angelina’s dress looks so comfortable. I love maxi dresses. They are very “in” this summer but, really, they never go out of style. I’m still wearing one I bought at L.L. Bean about six year ago. So comfy and much cooler than shorts or pants, I think. Also, Angie looks very healthy.
Zahara and Shiloh are both so pretty. I’m glad they are doing things like dance lessons but I’m sorry the paps have figured out where they go. There have been no pics of the family in LA for two weeks, except for Brad on his motocycle. I really like seeing pics of the kids but I feel bad that the paps have found them. I’m just torn, I guess. But the girls seem relaxed and unfazed by the photographers, which is a good thing.

My goodness her kids are growing up so quick. It brings tears to my eyes to see how happy and healthy and well cared for Zahara is 4 years after Angelina and Brad adopted her. I remember how fragile and tiny Zahara was as a 7 month old baby and now look at her a normal 4 and a half year old little girl. I love Zahara she seems to have such a funky personality and hair is just the best i love it its so funky and suits her personality so well. Shiloh has the most gorgeous blonde hair ever she is just plain cute and adorable and just looks full of life. I would love to see Maddox, Pax, Knox and Vivienne again. I can not even begin to imagine how beautiful the twins are now. We last saw them in January at Narita airport in Japan. They are 1 on Sunday!!!. Maddox is the calm, coolest looking boy ever and Pax well he is just full of attitude and is Maddox’s little follower. God bless Angie and Brad for taking on other kids and treating them like there own and bringing them up the best was possible. I love that we do not see the kids every day, week but only once every few months because it makes my day when we do see them.

Ellen, don’t worry – if it was any other celebrity, these same readers would be saying how inappropriate it is. It just that Angelina has been made a saint (deny it all you want, it’s so true by reading any comments pertaining to this couple). If Britney or whoever else is not well liked here, wears an expensive dress, you will be hearing from the same people here saying how terrible it is. I frankly could care less how much she pays, but I just LOVE the double standards on the CBB websites

Wow, I’m loving the close-mindedness of MJ and Ellen on here. Apparently I shop at Wal-Mart and buy mu-mu’s because I have no money, and I think Angelina is a saint. That interesting since I haven’t shopped at Wal-Mart in years (not that there is absolutely anything wrong with anyone shopping there!). I have a few expensive dresses and suits so don’t even attempt to guess how much people online spend on their clothes. Also, I don’t even recall saying that Angelina or Brad are saints. However, they have changed quite a bit, as has Nicole Richie for that matter. Am I a fan? Not really, if I wanted to see them, I’d visit People, not CB. Top that, how in the heck does what she’s wearing translate to whether ot not she is considered a saint?

Ellen, Walmart clothes are nice where I am, the same papular styles,just cheaper,so I don’t know what the clothes at your neighbourhod walmart are like. I have to say,I have not seen any mu-mus, even the clothes in the plus sized section are HOT.I have dressed up many expensive items with walmart items and no one knew the difference.
As far as the maxi dresses.I bought mine for $50 plus,I have ones that were homemade and ones that were bought at cheaper stores, they are ALL comfortable. I think the one reason I really like them is that it is one item that you just dress up with jewellery or clothes,but it always looks nice,neat and put together.It is very simple,comfortable and pretty. Especially during my pregnancy I wore them everywhere at the mall, to the corner store, even around the house..hardly glamourous.
And the Saint Jolie comments are a bit out there.I think what offended people was the “walmart” comments and the implication that she was overdressing,but the truth is maxi dresses are in fashion and most of us own at least one.
I didn’t even notice Angie tbh, I was just curious to see what the kids looked like now cause they are super cute. I had to scroll back up to really have a look at Angie after reading the comments. I don’t get the negativity. They are celebs. Have you seen the houses and stuff they own ? Even their average tshirt costs more than the average persons (just look at how much the spend on the kids clothes muchless theirs)These comments come up everywhere,esp in articles on Suri and all her expensive stuff.
And i’m pretty sure Heidi’s dress is from VS because I have the same one which I got on sale for 28 dollars..

Am I the only one who would like to see Angie and Brad with all of the kids out together @ once though? I don’t mean to be nitpicky because I understand this is a candid, but you only see Angie with the two oldest girls or Brad with the two oldest boys and with Brad’s comments that he only will take two kids @ a time, I think it might be nice to see the whole family out together outside of a photo op.

Look at the two cuties. To me Angelina looks like she’s dressed to go somewhere after the recital. I’ve done it with my children. I’ve been dressed to the nines at a basketball because I had an engagement afterwards. Even if she’s rolling around in the dirt in that dress, I say have fun. I don’t expect celebrities to shop in the 99 cent stores. I don’t begrudge rich people’s wealth. She makes good money and she can spend it any way she likes.

In reality, Angelina probably has no idea what the dress costs because it was probably sent to her as a gift by the designer. She’s a well-photographed celebrity. Clothes are constantly being sent to her for free. Fair? No. But her fault? Absolutely not! I’d wear free clothes if someone sent them to me. And I would definitely wear that dress.

I find dresses more comfortable than jeans actually. A lot more freedom of movement. Angelina doesn’t appear at all overdressed to me.

I wear Maxi dresses with flip flops and my hair in a ponytail all the time. That’s my staple on weekends. LOL I think Angie looks both comfortable and gorgeous and the kids are beyond cute. Little girls in dance class are just about the sweetest things ever.

Geez, who cares who shops where? As long as it’s stylish (preferably at a lower spectrum price if I’m shopping for myself haha) I don’t care.
Anyway, I love Angelina’s dress and I see no problem with it. I’ve always liked her style and the color is nice. However, I would like to see more pictures of Vivienne and Knox soon before they have another little one.

Angelina’s dress is fun, I wear tons of skirts and dresses in the summer with flip flops or sandals. It’s comfortable and stylish. I hate how she dresses her kids though, very tombish and never pretty, and they never have their hair done either, zahara especially. Shiloh is beautiful, looks just like angelina with brad’s eyes.

Personally I think they’ll adopt next before having another bio child. Angie has basically indicated this, plus their pattern has been adoption (Zee)- pregnancy (Shi)- adoption (Pax)- pregnancy (the twins. It stands to reason that another adoption would be next. Plus, Angie would probably be advised to wait until the twins are 18 months to two years old before becoming pregnant again considering she had a C-section and it was a twin pregnancy.
Also, I have a feeling they have their hands full with the six kids they already have right now, being the twins aren’t even a year old yet.
Anyway, the girls are so cute and have grown so much, and I’d like to see Knox and Viv again, too!

Oh, and look close at Angie’s belly. Even with the maxi dress, you can tell that is a flat stomach (especially when you consider the way she looked when she was in the early stages of pregnancy with the twins)!
I also want to say that I agree with the comment about the collerbone sticking out not meaning that she’s too skinny. When my brother was a teenager, his collarbone and shoulderblades stuck out for awhile, but he wasn’t really all that thin. He ate plenty, and was very healthy, as a matter of fact. He just got really tall really fast, so he looked a bit skinny until his weight was able to catch up with his height!
Today, he is tall and muscular.

gianna- Zahara has a pretty purple top on in this picture (actually, considering they just came from dance class, it could be a leotard with the bottom part covered up with her pants) How is that Tomboyish? And how do we know that it isn’t the kids who pick out what they wear? Maddox and Pax are more than old enough to do so, and Zee and Shi are now both old enough to start doing so as well. And perhaps daddy Brad picks out their outfits from time to time, too (I can’t stand it when people automatically assume that it’s always the mother doing things like dressing the kids!).
As for the hair…It IS styled at times (for example, at the end of April there were pictures of Angie and Brad taking the girls shopping. Shi’s was up in a ponytail and Zee’s was up in what I call an “afro-pony tail”. The girls were also both dressed in cute- and matching- dresses in those pictures! BTW, the pictures weren’t posted here on CBB, but you can find them elsewhere. Just Jared is one site that posted them.). However, their hair is beautiful whether or not it’s styled. In fact, I’m starting to like Zee’s hair more when it’s unstyled. She looks so cute with her natural little afro. And Shi’s hair? It’s so beautiful au natural in these pictures that I can’t imagine it being styled!
The girls’ hair is clearly brushed (at least in this picture), and that’s the main thing! Also, I think it’s wrong to use absolutes (such as “they NEVER have their hair styled” or “they are NEVER dressed girly” when in fact neither of those things is true).
