All wrapped up! Heidi Klum was spotted with an armful of presents while out with 5-year-old daughter Leni on Sunday in the Big Apple. Perhaps the pair was headed to a birthday party?

The model and Project Runway host showed off her growing belly as well — baby girl is due in October!

The new season Heidi’s hit reality show premieres August 20th on Lifetime.

I think Heidi’s home base is in the LA area, but they always spend a ton of time in NYC over the summer, so my guess is that they definitely have a home there. I saw in one of the papers that Heidi attended her baby shower on Sunday, so I believe that’s where she was headed here.
