Summer Infant Secure Comfort Foam Booster: Versatile Seating For Little Diners

06/28/2009 at 09:00 AM ET

Family dinners are important in our house, and even our 1-year-old son Egan sits at the table with the rest of the family. Summer Infant’s Secure Comfort Foam Booster ($37) is a nice chair for toddlers (age one to 33 pounds) because it adjusts as they grow.

It features a three-point safety harness and folding legs that raise the seat an extra 2 1/2 inches. Two adjustable straps buckle the booster securely to a kitchen chair. It has no tray but comes in a mesh carrying case that’s perfect for storing it. The foam seat is easy to wipe clean. We always have an extra booster on hand for playdate guests or spontaneous road trips and this is a great option.

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
