I can only imagine it’d get a ton of use since you can pick it up and use it whenever you feel like. I’m a good 30 miles from the nearest gym so that wouldn’t be so simple for moms like me. Plus, once you buy the Wii, it’s yours! You pay each month for a gym membership but when you stop paying you have ‘nothing’. I do love FitTV though, great inexpensive way to get a good workout on your schedule, especially when you have a DVR!

I belong to a gym that costs $10.00 a month, with no contract. So you can stop when ever you want. I find it good to leave the house and have some time for myself, and when I can’t do that, I just pop in a dvd at home or go for a walk with the baby.

But, unlike a gym membership, if you find yourself not using it much anymore, you can always sell it. Gym memberships lock you into a contract. DVDs are much cheaper, but for me, I love the Wii EA Active. Its a great workout! It corrects my form, knows if I’m cheating, and provides different workouts every day.

It is also a good idea to incorporate outside activities into your routine…bike, walk, run, swim, etc.

I really do not enjoy video games at all, but, to me at least, this does not feel like I am playing a video game!! Best $50 I have spend in awhile!
