JJ Cole System Diaper Bag: A Bag Both Mom and Dad Will Love

06/20/2009 at 02:00 PM ET

The JJ Cole System Diaper Bag ($70) is one of the slickest accessories to grace the shoulders of both new moms and even new dads. Forget about flowers and frills, this messenger-style bag comes in cool colors like red, lime green, slate and orange. The only thing that will give away the contraband of diapers within is the kid you’re toting with it.

Don’t be fooled by the stylish exterior, the inside has space for all your baby needs with room to spare for mom’s essentials. A dozen diapers tuck neatly within the main compartment while the changing pad clips outside or in. There are also a few neat touches like a wallet organizer, cell phone slot and a pocket and earphone slot for your MP3 player, pacifier pod, and changing pad and tote. There’s even two bottle pockets and stroller straps. The shoulder strap is padded and adjustable.

JJ Cole also has great customer service. I had my bag for a few months when I noticed part of the handle ripping. I called the company and they immediately sent out a replacement. Not bad for a harried mother and might I repeat the best part? Your hubby won’t grumble when you ask him to carry it.

I have this diaper bag in lime green and I love it! I have a baby and a toddler and it has enough room for everything I need. I love the little pockets too. JJ Cole is one of my favorite companies… I have a lot of their stuff such as the Logic Bag and the Bundleme.

We have this diaper bag in the orange/blue and it’s fantastic. I also have a toddler and a baby and it fits everything I need without being too bulky. The shoulder strap is a lifesaver for carrying, but since in clips on to the stroller I don’t have to carry it all the time, either.

I have this one for a sporty look and a Zosephine for a more dressy/stylish look. Love them both!

This bag is not really good if you have a newborn-it just doesn’t have enough room. Now that my son is 2, it will probably be fine, but it really wasn’t useful for us at first and I quickly got another bag.

Actually.. I bought this bag in the red/brown combination and it totally was crappy… Seams broke and I didn`t even get to use it for a full month since my little one was born.. It`s sad to see how horribly made it is..
