In matching green T-shirts, Matthew McConaughey and his 11-month-old son Levi spend a day in the sand and sun of Malibu on Friday.
The pair watched the waves and threw a ball for the family dog, BJ — eventually Levi took off too, crawling on the beach!

For such a “tree hugger” that looks like a disposable diaper to me. I’m truly disappointed. Celebs don’t practice what they preach do they? Cute kid.

that baby is definitely not going to be afraid of the sand! I’ve nannied for kids who thought sand was “dirt” and didn’t want to touch it. 
It’s good to see people appreciating the outdoors, and passing it along to their kids. I know *I* could get outside more than I do.
I’m not going to sit here and speculate about Levi’s diaper, though. Even if it is disposable, maybe it’s the only disposable he’s ever worn, because there was some emergency at the cloth diaper depot, or in Matthew’s own washer/dryer. I guess I AM speculating now. :/

He’s wearing a seventh generation diaper, so i dont have a problem with it. that’s what my kids wore when we’d be out of the house most of the day, and I did cloth otherwise. Levi is so cute and looks like momma i think.

I have been looking at this web site for almost 2 years now and it amazes me how judgemental some of the posters on here are. If they do not breastfed or use “green” products then everyone is all over them and it turns into a 200 post thing. That is insane. No one in my family ever breastfed and we are all very healthy people. I plan on formula feeding my child and if someone doesn’t like it then too darn bad. If anything, this site has made that decision stick even more for me. Just bugs me how everyone is judging others like they are the perfect parents. The celebrities are just normal people too trying to live their lives. So, what if he has on a disposable diaper. I am not going to spend my day fretting about it. I have better things to do with my time.
