His girls are pretty in pink! Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Dany Garcia and their daughter Simone Alexandra, 7 ½, attend the 2009 I Have a Dream Foundation Spring Gala on Thursday evening in New York City.

Dany was honored at the event. The I Have a Dream Foundation “empowers children in low-income communities to achieve higher education and fulfill their leadership potential by providing them with guaranteed tuition support and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and habits they need to gain entry to higher education and succeed in college and beyond.”

Simone wears Juicy Couture’s Pink Dress with Eyelet Hearts ($172).

I really love how even though they have divorced, Dwayne and Dany remain friends and he goes out and supports her. Thats the way it always should be

Dany is Dwayne ex wife Although Dwayne and Dany split after 10 years of marriage, the two stand strong on their resolve to stay amicable and dedicate the rest of their lives together as friends for the sake of their daughter. Rare in (and outside of) Hollywood!
Good for them Simone is a beautiful little girl.

They are divorced…it was finalized more than a year ago however they remain friends and often spend time together with their daughter. I think it’s great they remain close.

It’s nice to see them out again. Been awhile since I saw a photo of all of them together. They were a beautiful family, and they still are,even if it’s as friends who share a daughter now.

Dany and Dwayne are officially divorced. It actually happened last year while Dwayne was filming Race To Witch Mountain in Las Vegas. But its nice to know that despite the divorce they can still get along with each other and show support for the other’s success.

According to what I’ve read their divorce became final on May 19, 2008. He could just be there supporting her as a friend as they said when they divorced that they’d remain friends. Although calling them his girls to me is odd wording since they’re divorced

Their daughter, Simone, is actually a mixture of both Dwayne and Dany. I see both of them in her. I think she has her mother’s features, like the mouth, large eyes and long oval face, but she has Dwaynes coloring. I see a lot of Samoan (from Dwayne) and Cuban (from Cuban) in the little girl. She’ll probably be an exotic looking stunner when she grows up because most of those women from the islands are very sexy.

They are definitely divorced. And although all celebrity couples put in their media statements that they will remain friends, it looks like Dwayne and Dani are actually following through unlike so many others. Good for them!

She looks a lot like her dad. She definitely has samoan/african features, but her moms oval face. Its funny seeing the little girl that they chose to play his daughter, and then seeing his actual daughter.
