Wow, David really looks like his biological father in this photo! And I like Madonna’s hat…I don’t think I could wear it with my long hair, but it looks great on her!

He is such a handsome little chap and Madonna looks fantastic. She has done the cosmetic surgery so subtly, herself and Sharon Osborne must have the same surgeon. They look great, younger, fresher but still the same.
