Christian Bale and Daughter: Flower Power!

Hoisting his daughter — and her fun smiley flower purse! — up on his hip, Christian Bale, wife Sibi Blazic (not pictured) and their 4-year-old little girl arrive at LAX for a flight on Sunday.

The actor recently described how he explains his profession to his daughter — by comparing it to her fantasy games! “She dresses up as Darth Vader, she dresses up as Yoda and I say, ‘That’s all I do. That’s it,’” he laughs. “I do exactly the same that you do with your friends.’”

Christian’s latest film, Terminator Salvation, is now playing.

Jane– get over it. You know nothing about the subject and it’s obviously judgmental to come to such a harsh conclusion about someone you don’t know after hearing a select, one-sided 4 minute tape from their life. Many people WHO WERE THERE spoke out in defense of Christian and the situation, and so maybe you should spend more time focusing on your own life than remarking on the behavior of others.

His daughter is beautiful, and every single picture of him with her, and article where he speaks of being a father suggests they have a very happy home life. I wish them all the best.

OMG i didnt notice this b4…but she totally looks like a young jen aniston. The resemblance is uncanny. I can see a very slight resemblance to violet, not much…but nevertheless i love christian and his fam…he seems like a normal, happy family-man.

Nikki – We don’t know her name. It was thought to be Emmeline at one point. But his rep actually came back against those rumors and said that it isn’t. Christian appeared on one of the late night shows recently, also. He told a story about his daughter, but was careful not to say her name.

He seems very natural with her, judging from the photos. She’s beautiful!

Oh I love seeing pictures of Christian with his family. I’ve been a fan for over 20 years and I’ve watched him grow up to a family man. He likes to have a private life, because he believes his acting and private life separate. I agree. Christian is hardly ever in a tabloid and so when he is then it’s like a big thing I guess. I never heard the rant and I don’t want to, because I don’t care. I admire him as an actor and as a person. When he is in a role, it’s so believable that you actually think he is that character so for me to know about his private life? NOPE don’t care. Occationally I may wish I knew more of it, but then I get over it and then I’m just happy to see him on the big or small screen again. Don’t judge him for the rant. He’s a human being and not perfect. To me that just goes to show you that he’s a person and not an object to adore.
