Dan Steinberg/AP

Fantastic Four‘s Ioan Gruffudd and actress wife Alice Evans cuddle up at the 16th Annual “Race To Erase MS” Gala, held Friday at the Hyatt Regency in Century City, Calif.

Ioan, 35, and Alice, 37, announced the pregnancy last month, but gave no due date.

Next up for Ioan? Appearing with Julia Roberts in Fireflies in the Garden, out in June.

Why is she sticking out her chest like that???? NOT a good pose…

- Lis on

Is she carrying twins in her boobs? What a terrible picture

- Sue on

It looks like she’s wearing a long black T-shirt and her chest is too far to the left. The camera caught her in a bad pose.

- Marilyn on

This is the best she has looked.

- Mimi on

it looks like her boobs belong in that Austin Powers Movie where the girls shoot things out of their bikini top. Bad pose, sorry, but a great cause. Kudos.

- momto3 on

Yeah but her husbands hot.

- Anon on

after a quick google, i’d agree this is the best she’s ever looked on the red carpet.

- Anon on

I’m terrible, I had to laugh at this picture.

how do you pronounce his name btw?

- kai on

He’s Welsh and his name is pronounced “Yo-wahn Griffith”. And yes, he’s HOT!

- ErykaWynter on

Oh, Thank goodness that I wasn’t the only one who laughed at this picture. No offense to Alice, but it is just such an awkward looking, lol. Congrats to them….I am sure the baby is going to be gorgeous.

- CTBmom on

Wow, bitchy much?

- FP on

I wish I looked like Alice when I was pregnant! I think she looks really pretty – she’s just got her arm up over him and pic taken at strange angle. Can’t wait to hear what they call baby :)

- kate on

Ioan will be the best dad!!! Congratulations to them both.

- sunflower on

I don’t think it is bitchy just the truth. She has maja boobies in this picture. lol

- txgal on

Wow, reading the first few comments reminded me of the whole business of fangirls bitching about Alice on message boards. Bravo people, seems we are back to mocking pregnant women for looking less than perfect.

They make such a cute couple, and Ioan looks so happy.

- Daisy on

I seriously thought this was a joke. Like she put those boobs in as a joke. Then I read it was a black tie event and went so those things are real? She could put an eye out! That is a really really really bad angle. I would ask (nicely) for those pics of me to be removed!!

- Crystal on

I don’t think anybody was trying to be nasty or anything. She’s obviously a beautiful woman, who had an awkward pic taken of her. Sheesh, I laugh at so many pics of myself because I am so flat chested, that sometimes it looks like I’ve got no boobs at all or (because of my red hair and freckles), sometimes I look a bit like Ron Howard when he played on Happy Days, lol. I know I didn’t mean any harm by my comment, and would be the first to apologize if I hurt her feelings. =)

- CTBmom on

I knew all the comments would be the same, hehehe. But I couldn’t resist. It’s gonna take a while for the belly to pass those boobies.

- Veronica on

How can those comments not be mean? If someone said something to you like that, you’d be offended. Laughing at yourself and laughing at others isn’t the same thing either. I guess that’s the great thing about the Internet, we can now be nasty to people without any consequences. Whatever happened to if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all? It’s an unflattering picture which makes me feel bad for the woman, not desperate to snicker at her expense. The classy thing would to have remained silent if you didn’t like the picture. Big surprise so few went with classy.

- Gigi on

What an awkward photo.

I’m not going to write an essay in defense, it’s just a shocking photo, of someone wearing a terrible dress.

Nothing says ‘family’ about this particular photo.

- Andy. on

Ok, yeah it is a terrible picture. There are definitely better ones out there if you look for them though. lol

- Kelly on

Oh, whatever. It’s an amusing photo — totally unfortunate in that her rack is so prominently featured. And I think it’s mostly because of the style of the dress and the fact that this pose (a pretty typical one for her) unintentionally obliterates any tailoring between hip and boob.

She’ll see this photo and pick a new pose.

- Grace on

I feel sorry for her – they look painful!!

- traxie on

Oh Gigi, get off your high horse. How hypocritcal of you to say that some of the posters are class-less when your whole post was about not judging people while “hiding” behind the computer screen. Come on. The sensitivity of some people is beyond ridiculous.

It really is a funny picture.

- Lis on

Saying she has big breasts in this photo isn’t mean- it is just the truth. I am super flat chested and as a matter of fact I would take all the boob talk as a HUGE compliment :) I guess some people always assume everyone is being ugly and mean. I am happy I am not one of those people :D

- txgal on

Why are critical comments on her appearance even getting posted? I thought that comments were moderated to prevent that sort of thing… “The following types of comments will not be posted: namecalling and insults to a person’s appearance or character. “

- Mimi on

I’m just wondring why the editors of this page chose that particular picture. There are many very good shots of the couple from this event. (including his silver shoes and her red heels!)Ioan is gorgeous as ever and Alice overall had made the best of a difficult situation – she has really suffered with the pregnancy so far- ….a full length pic does her much more justice.
