View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck toughens up a floaty frock with a denim jacket and a few baubles as she stepped out with husband Tim Hasselbeck for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Collective Consciousness Gala, held Thursday night at Tenjune in NYC.

Already mom to Grace Elisabeth, 4, and Taylor Thomas, 18 months, Elisabeth, 31, says the new baby — due in August — will be a treat for Grace, who takes her role of big sister seriously. “[She is] thrilled about another brother or sister because it’s another little tiny person in the house that she can control, I think,” Elisabeth jokes.

Elizabeth seems to be growing into her own skin, as the saying goes. She’s looking more comfortable, content and beautiful the last few months…what a wonderfully exciting time in her life!

I think Elisabeth’s hair and make-up look good. But the outfit doesn’t. She should lose the jacket or wear the jacket over a different outfit or something. I’m not a big fan of the “throw two things that don’t match or in any way coordinate” look.

I don’t think Elisabeth looks older than 31 at al (though she technically is, since she’ll be 32 once the baby’s born). I’m usually a fan of her outfits, but she has looked amazing this past pregnancy. I love this outfit, and she looked awesome in the pic of her at the event last week as well. She always wanted a big family, so I’m glad it’s happening for her. I do hope she gets at least one kid in there who looks like her-Grace is a carbon copy of Tim all around, and while Taylor isn’t quite so much, his hairline is EXACTLY like Tim’s, which made me laugh!

How does the fact that she will be 32 when the baby is born mean that technically she is right now 32?

Technically, she is still 31.

Abs- What Lauren meant is that, techincally, Elisabeth IS older than 31 even though she doesn’t look it, as she is closer to 32 than 31. In otherwords, she didn’t just turn 31.

I agree with the poster who said that Elisabeth looks older than her actual age. If I didn’t know better, I would think the was closer to 40. She is a pretty girl nevertheless.
