Fair Indigo: Super Soft, Super Cute Organic Baby Clothes

Organic Lollipop Dress and Bloomer Set

I’ve been pretty good about buying organic food for my family, especially the little ones. Organic clothing is another story. But with one touch of Fair Indigo’s super soft pure organic cotton, I became an instant convert. The prices are higher than conventional baby clothes, but you’re paying for suburb softness, high quality and cotton that wasn’t treated with chemicals and pesticides. Plus everything by Fair Indigo is also Fair Trade. This means they pay fair wages to workers and promise good working conditions.

The Organic Lollipop Dress and Bloomer Set ($60) is sweet and summery with lime green accenting the pure white organic cotton. High quality colorful crocheted appliqués in pink, yellow, lavender and green add a bit of whimsical detail. Get the luxurious Organic Handknit Lollipop Cardigan ($79) to match. It’s perfect over the dress and can warm up chillier days over a shirt and jeans. There’s also a coordinating blanket ($99) and hat and booties ($20-25). The Organic Dye-Free Flower T-shirt and Pant Set ($40) that I received to try with my daughter is almost as soft as her perfect baby skin.

For the boys, my favorite is the Organic Dinosaur T-shirt and Pant Set ($40) with the matching Organic Dinosaur Reversible Handknit Cardigan ($99). A coordinating cap ($20) and blanket ($79) are also available.

Fair Indigo’s organic dye-free collection is simply designed and functional for every day. Be sure to check out their Joobles stuffed animals and matching cardigans that we’ve reviewed in the past.
