See Kai Run "Smaller" Shoes: Still Cute, Just Smaller

I discovered See Kai Run shoes when my first son learned to walk in Seattle. With a flexible sole and leather uppers that kept out the rain, they were cute and practical. (The mom who founded the company is from Seattle too so she got it.) The shoes are so cute that we couldn’t leave the house without someone stopping us to ask about his cute little kicks. See Kai Run still makes my favorite shoes for new walkers and now has a new line of infant shoes called Smaller ($24-32). Read More

Ana Ortiz: Pregnancy Made Me Psychic!

Brad Barket/Getty

Since becoming pregnant with her first child – due the end of July – Ugly Betty star Ana Ortiz has gained something unexpected: psychic powers!

“Before I found out I was having a girl I dreamt that I was having a girl,” Ana, 38, told PEOPLE at the Point Honors gala in New York City Monday. “I even dreamt what her name was, so I guess that name should be her real name.”

While Ana remained mum on the baby’s name – except for joking, “It’s going to be Watermelon” — she did say, “We have a short list, but when we see her, hopefully, one of those names will fit. I’m hoping at least for a Latina flavor to it. But we’ll see.”

The first time mom – the dad is Ana’s husband, musician Noah Lebenzon – is most looking forward to meeting her daughter.

“I can’t wait to see who she looks like, my husband or me. I think she is going to look like my husband. I’m really excited to see how she looks like. Also I want to see my mom as a grandmother. So it’s going to be fun,” says Ana.

When it comes to shedding her baby weight, “I’m not going to lie,” says Ana. “I’m immediately going to try to get back into shape. We start work [on Ugly Betty] two weeks after I give birth. The pregnancy was not written in the show, so I wish I could be cool and let nature take its course, but no, I’m definitely going to try to get into shape.”

Ana plans to combine old-fashioned and modern techniques to mix up her post-pregnancy workouts. “They say breastfeeding helps, so I’m going to be doing that, but there is this thing called The Belly Bandit and apparently that is supposed to help, but I’m going to pull out all the stops.”

Matthew McConaughey on More Kids: 'Sure, Maybe'

INF

The good times continue for Matthew McConaughey and his 9 ½-month-old son Levi. “This is going great right now,” the 39-year-old actor tells the NY Daily News. “We’re having a ball.” When asked whether he and partner Camila Alves are planning to have more children, however, Matthew gives an answer that is open to interpretation! “Sure, maybe,” he replied.

He went on to share some funny insights about his son. “No matter how many of those colorful toys you buy at Toys ‘R Us or Babies ‘R Us, his favorite toy is a carrot,” Matthew reveals.

“He takes it everywhere. You’ve got to get a cold one. When it gets hot, he doesn’t like it as much and you have to get a cold one out of the fridge. Because it’s cold it feels good on his teeth, but he just likes the carrot.”

When he filmed his latest movie — Ghosts of Girlfriends Past — Camila was newly pregnant. The timing couldn’t have been better for Matthew on a personal level, for he was working alongside established mom Jennifer Garner. “She didn’t give me tips, but she’s pretty graceful with how she handles both working on set and taking care of her — well, back then it was just one daughter,” Matthew revealed. “From the outset, she made it seem seamless, there was no sort of struggle.”

Levi is the first child for Matthew and Camila; Jennifer is mom to Violet Anne, 3, and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth, 3 ½-months, with husband Ben AffleckGhosts of Girlfriends Past opens May 1st.

Katie Price, Peter André Run Marathon for Disabled Son

Eamonn McCormack/WireImage

In the days leading up to the London Marathon, Katie ‘Jordan’ Price told The Mirror that she planned to use her son Harvey Daniel, 6 ½, for motivation. “Every time I feel tired or feel like giving up, I’ll look down and see my Harvey’s face,” she said. Literally! Katie ran with a picture of Harvey across her chest.

Together with husband Peter André, the 30-year-old model and author ran the 26.2 mile course on Saturday to benefit The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children as well as Vision Charity; Harvey is blind, having suffered from septo-optic dysplasia since birth. “It’s going to be really hard but I know we’re doing it for a reason, so I don’t want to give up,” Katie explains.

“If everyone who has pledged to donate gives us the money they promised, we should raise about £250,000 ($367,500) which will make a massive difference to the charities. It’s that thought, and the thought of my kids that will keep me and Pete going.”

Katie and Peter are also parents to Junior Savva, 3 ½, and Princess Tiáamii Crystal Esther, 22-months.
