Rebecca Romijn and Serena and Lily Help Homeless Children Get a Good Night Sleep

Rebecca Romijn Serena & Lily Help Homeless Children Via Project Night Night

Rebecca Romijn has teamed up with Serena & Lily for a special Mother’s Day initiative. For every Market Sling (like the one pictured above from the new Catalina Collection) sold between April 20 and May 31, Serena & Lily will donate a care package to a homeless child through the non-profit organization Project Night Night, which serves more than 25,000 homeless children every year.

Each care package is filled with a security blanket, an age-appropriate book and a stuffed animal and delivered to children (ages 0-10) in homeless shelters. Rebecca said, “As a new mother, I feel it’s my responsibility to help other children who may need extra comforts during difficult times. I hope other companies take Serena & Lily’s lead to help care for those less fortunate.”

Diana Krall's Happiness Radiates on New Album

George Pimentel/WireImage

There is a sharp delineation between pre-baby and post-baby life for songstress Diana Krall, and nowhere is that shift more evident than on her new album Quiet Nights. In music USA Today deems particularly intimate, Diana sings from her heart — a heart which doubled in size after welcoming twins Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James, 2, with husband Elvis Costello. “I’m just really happy,” she beams, adding:

“I didn’t have just [music] to focus on; I always looked forward to the end of the day, when I saw my kids. So the whole process was a joyful one, very natural, not at all self-conscious.”

Diana will embark on a tour to support Quiet Nights this summer, and as often as is possible the twins will be along for the ride. “I’m a stay-at-home mom as much as I can be,” Diana says, noting that the twins “started touring at 6 months old and were on a bus through Europe last summer.” When they’re not able to hit the road, Diana says the twins are in good hands. “It’s torture to leave them,” she admits, “but I know they’re with Elvis.”

It’s clear that the 44-year-old Grammy award-winner is relishing motherhood.

“I’m such a big kid myself. I’m a great meal planner; I get up and make pancakes and we all sit and talk. They love certain films and books; now they’re discovering dinosaurs. They’re just the most delightful beings.”

Dexter and Frank are the first children for the couple, who married in 2003. Quiet Nights is available now.

How cute is he?! Little Archibald ‘Archie’ William Emerson, 5 months, made his public debut in Los Angeles yesterday while on an Easter Sunday stroll with mom and dad.

The little guy — who has big baby blue eyes — was cracking up, probably due to his parents’ great jokes!

Archie is the first child for actors and comedians Will Arnett, 38, and Amy Poehler, 37, who married in 2003. Catch Amy’s new show Parks and Recreation Thursday nights at 8:30 p.m. on NBC.

Kelly Rutherford's 'Greatest Joy' is Motherhood

Patricia Schlein/WENN

Although a bi-coastal lifestyle was a point of contention in her custody battle with estranged husband Daniel Giersch, Kelly Rutherford says that she and 2-year-old Hermés Gustaf Daniel are enjoying “the best of both worlds.” The 40-year-old Gossip Girl star — who splits her time between California and New York — tells PEOPLE that she’s “doing so well” in the wake of the separation because she knows she made “the right decision.”

“I get a little New York, I get a little Los Angeles and so does my son, which is fantastic.”

Kelly notes that no matter where he’s at, Hermés is surrounded by people who adore him. “I love my son so much and he’s loved by both of us — his father and I — greatly,” she says. “As long as there’s a lot of love there, you can get through very tough times.” Being a mom is her “greatest joy in life,” Kelly says, and there is more joy in store for she expects a daughter in June. From the sound of things, it’s an arrival Hermés is anxiously awaiting in his own right!

“It’s never a reality until it’s a reality; I’m sure for a two-year-old that’s especially right, but he loves it. He rubs my belly, he talks to the belly, and we’ve talked about him being a big brother and what that’s going to mean and he gets excited about it. It’s sweet.”

Admitting that she’s longing for a margarita and sushi (though not necessarily together!) once baby girl is finally here, Kelly adheres to a healthy diet normally so eating healthy while pregnant comes naturally. Maternity fashion is a different story, however; to that end, Kelly says she strives for comfort above all else. Among her favorite designers? Liz Lange, Dana Buchanan and Isabella Oliver. She isn’t afraid to mix in some non-maternity pieces, as well. Adds Kelly,

“I go to H&M and buy jeans because I know that I won’t be wearing them probably six months from now. I just find comfortable things to wear. Being pregnant, you still want to feel beautiful.”
