Grey’s Anatomy‘s star Ellen Pompeo — who announced her pregnancy on Sunday evening — kept busy on Monday despite the newfound paparazzi attention!

The actress, 39, took her two dogs to the groomers before hitting the gym for a workout. We spy a small bump!

The baby, due this fall, will be the first for Ellen and husband Chris Ivery.

Ah, I can definately see a bump here. I saw some other versions of this photo, and you couldn’t see a thing! She looks good.

It must suck for her right now. I mean I rarely saw a photo of her ever, and as soon as her pregnancy was announced she’s got paps following her. I hope she has a healthy pregnancy!

I do see a bit of a bump, but only because Ellen’s so small as it is. She looks awesome-I’m really looking forward to seeing more pictures of her here, though I hope she doesn’t get mobbed like what happens with a lot of celebs.

I think we’re seeing another first baby boom. Idina Menzel, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and now Ellen Pompeo are all having their first. (Except for Heidi Klum having #4)
