Wow, that 15-minute sterilization sounded very interesting! Definitely would put women more on a equal footing with men regarding sterilization, but I would be concerned that the focus would turn to women to undergo sterilization than men. It still is far easier for men to undergo sterilization than women, and they should at least have some responsibility in that considering how much women go through per the whole pregnancy and birth thing.
