Holly Robinson Peete gives daughter Ryan Elizabeth, 11 ½, a squeeze at Tuesday’s premiere of 17 Again, held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Calif.
The pair recently authored a children’s book, called My Brother Charlie, which will be out next spring to coincide with Autism Awareness Month. Told from the sister’s point of view, the story is based on the Peete family’s own experiences living with Ryan’s twin brother RJ, who has autism.
Additionally, Holly, 44, was recently named to the board of Autism Speaks.
Along with the twins, she and husband Rodney Peete are also parents to Robinson James, 6 ½ and Roman, 4.
