Tony Hawk and Family Touch Down

Professional skateboarder Tony Hawk poses with wife Lhotse Merriam Hawk and daughter Kadence Clover, 9 months, on Friday in Ireland.

In the country to accept the James Joyce Award from the Literary and Historical Society of the University College Dublin, Tony skated with students at the school after receiving the honor.

As for the long trans-Atlantic flight with an infant, Tony tweeted,

“Flying overseas with your baby is awesome! As long as the baby behind you is twice as loud and sleeps half as much. You look good by comparison.”

Tony, 40, is also dad to three sons — Riley, 16, Spencer, 9 ½, and Keegan, 8 — from previous marriages.

Oh my, she is so pretty!!! She is definitely one of the prettiest babies out there, so cute I think she looks like her mom, but has a spark or energy about her in the eyes like her dad. I think it’s so cute that Tony has a little girl now after 3 boys, I’m sure its an adjustment They all look happy.

I’ve always really liked Tony. He always seems to be doing things for the community. And though I don’t know him and don’t know for sure, he seems like a good father. I remember when he got Punk’d and it had something to do with his son getting in truble and he just seemed so attentive. I really appreciate the fact that he is a good role model.

That baby is adorable! She looks so happy. I think she looks like a mix between both parents, the face favoring Tony a little more. I don’t really know of his wife, but even though I hate skateboarding, Tony Hawk seems so nice and down to earth. I bet he is a great father!

omg one of the most cutest babies ive ever seen, actually not just cute but like pretty, she looks so innocent, and sweet. She looks like her dad mostly but u can see the mom as well. Wow she is going to be stunning when shes older and i bet she has tony wrapped around her finger all ready. Gorgeous girl

A couple of uni’s here in Ireland give out these awards, from the Literacy and Historical departments, for people who have had a major impact in their chosen field or who in the future will be looked back on as having an impact on society in some way. Most years as well as academics they will choose a few celebrities, and Tony has had a pretty impressive career and effect in his chosen field. Just because his job is skating doesn’t mean he isn’t a good businessman, a good role model or lessen the impact he has had on younger people.

Gorgeous baby, what a cutie! Not so keen on either of her names but isn’t the worst out there!, long as they’re happy, just my opinion. What a nice looking little family, minus his boys too of course. Lovely for him to have a little girl after 3 sons (not taking away from them though of course, have a boy and girl myself and both lots of fun, just a diff dynamic), I know my hubby enjoys having a daughter now she’s older & her own personality, special relationship, got her dad wrapped around her finger!
