Holy toledo about the traces of rocket fuel in powdered baby formula! That’s a plug for making your own baby food or buying organic. There’s no excuse with tons or excellent web-sites out there, especially healthy and organic food.

I read with interest that article about children with autism and it is so important to increase awareness. Who knows, that child hyperventilating or throwing a loud tantrum in the store could very well have autism, so don’t be glaring or scowling at the parents. I can only imagine the patience these parents have. It’s such a trying disability and it is scary how it is now 1 in every 150 children when like 10 years ago it was 1 in thousands.

Lastly, for sure, turn off the telly and spend time with the kids. Get the kids doing activities, doing stuff other than sitting in front of the telly or comptuer. Kids have forgotten or never learned how to just play. Just play for the fun of it. No structured teams or rules.
