As Kelly Rutherford hides her ever-growing bump behind a stream of big handbags on Gossip Girl, there’s no hiding the fun that’s in store for her 2-year-old son Hermés Gustaf Daniel. “He’s so excited,” the 40-year-old actress tells OK! “We read books and talk about it with playdates and things … He’s really excited about it.” From the sound of things Kelly won’t be needing any books to refresh her own memory of what lies ahead! A second pregnancy is “different,” she notes, before adding,
“I think the first time, everything’s so new. The second time, it’s just as exciting but there are things that you’ve already explored and understand, so it’s a little bit easier on a certain level.”
Her comfort level still isn’t on par with former Melrose Place co-star Lisa Rinna, however, who famously posed for Playboy while pregnant. “She has an insane body,” Kelly points out. “I’m a realist. I look more like a real mom.”
Hermés and baby-on-the-way — a girl due in June – are Kelly’s children with estranged husband Daniel Giersch.

As his wife Amy Poehler prepares for the April 9th debut of her new NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation, Will Arnett, 38, says she’s also honing in on her juggling skills. “Amy is just like any other working mom out there,” he tells Parade. “She’s just going to have to kind of find the balance and that’s what we’re figuring out.” The 37-year-old actress is “having a great time right now being a mom” to the couple’s 5-month-old son Archibald ‘Archie’ William Emerson, Will added. “[She's] doing such a great job.” Amy’s return to the small screen and Will’s work in Monsters vs. Aliens isn’t all they have to celebrate, however. Says Will,
“I discovered that when you’re a new dad and start getting more than four hours sleep a night that’s like a major victory.”
When Archie wakes up, he is greeted by two of the funniest names in entertainment — a fact which isn’t lost on the couple, who are competing to see “who will get the first laugh.” All the same, Will has a suspicion that neither will win.
“Honestly, I think what’s going to end up happening is he’s going to find us both very unfunny.”
Archie is the first child for the couple, who married in 2003. Monsters vs. Aliens is in theaters now.

How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan and her husband, actor Alexis Denisof, welcomed a daughter, Satyana Denisof, on Tuesday, March 24th in Los Angeles, her rep tells PEOPLE. Funnily enough, the 24th is also Alyson’s birthday!
Though no further details were released, Alyson’s rep tells PEOPLE, “They’re very excited, and mom and baby are doing great.”
Alyson, 35, who first announced she was expecting in October, craved ginger ale during her pregnancy and revealed she felt absent-minded. “I have pregnancy brain, which I never realized was a thing but it is,” she said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “I sort of feel like a Koala bear where I’m slightly stoned all the time and say the wrong word.” The couple kept the sex of their baby a secret during pregnancy, even making some CBB readers believe they were expecting a boy!
This is the first child for Alyson and Alexis, 43, who met on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer during the 1999-2000 season and were married near Palm Springs, Calif., in 2003.

Parminder Nagra spent March 28th saying goodbye to the place that she has called home for the past five years — ER. The show held its series finale party at Social Hollywood over the weekend and Parminder (pictured at the event), 33, was eager to chat about her time on the show — as well as the baby she and husband James Stenson are expecting in late May/early June!
The actress shared that as far as cravings go, at the beginning of her pregnancy she wanted “frosted flakes and things like filet of fish, which I don’t even really eat.” However, the cuisine she desired the most was Indian food. She revealed,
“I craved Indian food most of all, which is probably going to drive my baby crazy! All that spiciness, but what can I say?”
ER‘s finale will air this Thursday at 9 p.m. on NBC.
