Cheryl Hines Laments Loss of Sleep Since Becoming a Mom

Life with baby can be tough, catching even the most well-prepared, well-intentioned mom-to-be off-guard. Cheryl Hines — whose new sitcom In The Motherhood debuts March 26th at 8 p.m. on ABC – echoes the thoughts of many when she notes: “You think the spit-up and the poop are going to be the hardest things, and it doesn’t even scratch the surface.”

So what does rank at the top of her list? Sleep deprivation! Says Cheryl,

“I had no idea how lucky I was to sleep until 10:30. Those days are long gone.”

The  43-year-old actress and her husband of six years Paul Young are parents to 5-year-old Catherine Rose.

I absolutely have to agree! Sleep depravation is the worst! Catherine is such a sweet name!

It’s definitely the worst! But I for one knew that going into it. I never feared the poop or the spit-up. I feared the sleep! Luckily, my daughter is a good sleeper, most days. :)

I am really looking forward to her new show! I guess she is no longer on “Curb your Enthusiam”? at all or occasionally? Her little girl is sooooooo cute!!!
