Alyson Hannigan Has the Luck o' the Irish

Pacific Coast News

Everyone loves an Irish girl! At least that’s what Alyson Hannigan and her shirt proclaimed as she stepped out on St. Patrick’s Day with husband Alexis Denisof.

The How I Met Your Mother star expects her first child in early April — although they know the sex of the baby, they’re keeping quiet!

Who else is due this spring? We recently updated our Who’s Due Next gallery – find out!

Seriously, one of the cutest pregnant women of all time!

She needs to change her hair color back to red. That’s one way to show Irish pride. :D

Cute shirt.
She looks great =)

I wore that shirt yesterday too (I am a pregnant Irish girl too!)! It is from Steve & Barry’s.

She needs to stay pregnant longer, she is radiant!

Why is Alexis always being cut out of the photos?! I love him!

Could she be ANY cuter? GOOD GRACIOUS! It’s hard enough to get through the weeks when HIMYM isn’t on (it’s my husband and my favorite show – it always gets us laughing)… but seriously in ‘real’ life, Alyson is ridiculously adorable and looks SO cool!

Oh my god, she can’t get any more adorable. It’s so funny seeing ‘Willow’ pregnant! Every time I look at her I see that sweet, funny high schooler who saw the softer side of Sears. Even though Alyson is a totally different person from her character, she still looks so much like her that it makes me a little misty ;-)

I know the shirt says ‘Everyone loves an Irish girl’, so this question may be kind of silly. Is Alyson Irish? Love the shirt, by the way.

Dude, we need to track her style! She is seriously THE most beautiful pregnant woman! Is it me or does she look like she’s dropped a wee bit?

- Harley on

I don’t know, but Hannigan sure sounds Irish to me!

- Terri on

Monique, according to Wikipedia she’s Jewish on her mother’s side but also has Irish ancestry. So she’s ‘Irish’ I suppose, who doesn’t play it up for St Patrick’s Day?
