Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves share a laugh while returning home with a sleepy, snuggled-up Levi cuddled in a carrier on mom’s chest. The trio had spent Saturday morning at the beach in Malibu while Matthew, 39, surfed.

Eight-month-old Levi is the first child for the actor and model Camila, 26.

He is so cute, he looks nothing like the dad though. Levi looks 100% latino(brown hair,eyes and skin coloring). I remember Camilla saying Levi was a white boy but I don’t really see that.

Camilla is a mixed race woman from Brazil and they are called Pardo. It is hard to believe that she would call him simply white when she and levi are obviously mixed race. Brazil is a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, multi- cultural country much like the United States. Brazil is uniquely different from the other countries of South America.

i dont understand what the point about all this talk white/black/mixed. we are people. during our lifetime we all change-our hair, our skins. how black you have to be to somebody can call you black or how white you have to be to not be called red??? lets leave it…
Camila looks great like always. they both with Matthew look relaxed and in good mood.

Olivia- I think, when a mixed-raced couple (both celebs and non celebs) have children, most of us are just plain curious what they’re going to look like. Will they be dark like daddy? Or ivory-skinned like mommy? It’s pretty much the same as when people go, “He has daddy’s eyes!” or “Awww, look, she has mommy’s cute lips!”
