Infantino’s new set of activity blocks ($15) is designed to stimulate babies with crunchy sounds, bright colors and varied textures. Each of the four cubes is made from different fabrics from shiny satin to plush velvet to wide-wale corduroy. Crunchy, jingly and rattly sounds are fascinating for the little guys. A teething key and a squishy airplane dangle from two of the blocks and a secret door opens on another, while colorful fabric prints show numbers and letters. They stack so baby can knock them over. So simple but so cute!
