Emma Thompson and Gaia Pose at Premiere

Actress Emma Thompson throws an arm around daughter Gaia Romilly, 9,  as the pair attend the Paris premiere of Last Chance Harvey, held earlier this week in France. Dad is Emma’s husband, Greg Wise.

Last Chance Harvey, in which Emma, 49, stars with Dustin Hoffman, hit theaters in the United States back in December.

If I remember correctly, not only did Emma experience a particularly tough split from Kenneth Branagh, but then had much trouble concieving with her husband, which she was very public about. I just love her and am so happy to see her with her beautiful daughter.

Chelsea, yes they did meet and fall in love on Sense & Sensibility. If you do a google search on her and the magazine More, there is an interview where she mentions it. I think Kate Winslet sorta set them up. It’s a sweet love story.
