For international film star Clive Owen, the star treatment ends at the front door of the home he shares with wife Sarah-Jane Fenton and daughters Hannah, 12, and Eve, 9. “I am so low-status in my house you can’t believe it,” he said during a Tuesday appearance on Late Night with Conan O’Brien. “At home I’m pathetic.” Not that he’s complaining! In a separate interview with PARADE, Clive credited his family for his humility, calling them the “most centering” thing in his life. “I go off and make movies, but there’s nothing better than going home and hanging with my girls,” he explained. “They completely boss me.”
Sometimes, it seems, even from a distance; Clive recently purchased the girls cell phones so that they could text their dad when he was away on location. At the Berlin Film Festival earlier this month, the curtain was about to go up on his new film The International when Clive’s own phone began to buzz.
“It’s the day of the opening, and I was literally about to jump into the car. I texted my daughter back and said I’ve got to go, and she said, ‘Have a great time Dad. Please don’t wear the velvet jacket.’ I texted back, ‘Why?’ ‘Because it’s weird, and embarassing.’”
The International is in theaters Friday.

Bling bling baby! Jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer Maguire, wife of actor Tobey Maguire, sparkled Tuesday evening at the Unforgettable Evening party held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
The event, which honored Gwyneth Paltrow and Jen’s pal Courteney Cox-Arquette for their work towards cancer prevention and detection, benefited the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund.
Jennifer, 32, and Tobey — also parents to daughter Ruby Sweetheart, 2 — announced their pregnancy in November. Baby number two for the couple is due this spring.

With two kids under two, Naomi Watts is the first to admit she’s got her hands full! During a Monday appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, the 40-year-old actress said she feels like “a cow” because she’s “busy milking all day long.” Between that and the exhaustion — she’s struggling to get more than three hours of sleep at a time — it’s no wonder Naomi says she feels as though she’s “about to undo.”
“I have probably lost a good 75% of my brain power. Truly. I’m not joking. I say it halved itself, and then halved itself again.”
The rigors of new motherhood are beginning to take a toll on her professionally, as well. “I can’t remember my dialogue,” she admits. “As an actor, that’s the recurring nightmare you have…You’re up on stage and you [forget your lines].” Fortunately, partner Liev Schreiber is a “brilliant dad,” Naomi says — not to mention “hands on!”
“He’s with my son right now at his father’s house, so there’s three generations. They’re probably trying to dig up frogs and worms and turtles.”
Naomi and Liev are parents to 18 ½-month-old Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete and 8 ½-week-old Samuel ‘Sammy’ Kai. Her new film The International opens Friday.

Here’s a celebrity baby we haven’t seen in awhile! Ashby Grace Zubchevich, 20 months, poses with parents Nancy O’Dell and Keith Zubchevich at Tori Spelling‘s “Winter Wonderland” party, held Saturday in California.
The Access Hollywood host, 42, is also stepmom to Keith’s sons Tyler, 13, and Carson, 9. She recently joked that being athletic provided her with an in to get to know the boys!
“I love sports, so I play basketball and I throw the football with my stepsons. That was the way I won them over a little bit. I dated a football player in college and he taught me to throw a spiral. So I was cool, I was okay; I was in once they realized I could throw a spiral.”
Next up for Nancy? Putting on her dancing shoes for the eighth season of Dancing With the Stars, which begins next month on ABC.

Starting today, you could own toys or clothing used by Kingston James McGregor and Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale — and all for a good cause! Gwen Stefani recently donated items used by her sons to handmedowns.com, a site that lets moms swap items with each other at a low cost. The site is auctioning off the Stefani-Rossdale hand-me-downs in its first-ever celebrity event, donating all proceeds to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and the Orangewood Children’s Foundation.
“When Gavin and I found out we could donate some things the boys had outgrown to raise money for charity, it was automatic for us,” Gwen tells PEOPLE.
The auction — which includes a stroller, shirts and more — ends on February 20th. Those looking for little girls’ clothes, have no fear: Hand-me-downs from Harlow Winter Kate Madden will be up for bids in April!

What a stylish cutie! Honor Marie Warren made a baby fashion statement in polkadot separates, a headband, and shiny silver sneakers while leaving a Mommy and Me class with mom Jessica Alba on Tuesday in Beverly Hills.
Eight-month-old Honor is the first child for Jessica, 27, and her husband, producer Cash Warren. Jessica recently described the “horrible” workouts she did — and then stopped — after Honor arrived last June:
“I don’t have a six-pack – that’s just not my body at all. I’m not completely back to where I was. It’s not the same, but it’s not that serious. I’d rather spend an evening with my baby and give her a bath and read her stories and watch her roll around than go work out in a gym.”
