Golfer Justin Rose Welcomes Son Leo

British professional golfer Justin Rose is a first time dad — and his new addition couldn’t have arrived at a better time! Scheduled to play in Tucson, Arizona for the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship this week, Justin’s last minute arrival was easily justified with the birth of his baby boy.

Justin and his wife Kate welcomed their son, whom they have decided to name Leo, on Saturday, February 21st in Florida; Luckily for the family, the baby’s one week early delivery allowed for the 28-year-old doting dad — who was on scheduled vacation — to be at home for the big day.

The pregnancy was announced in October.
