Donald Trump Jr. Welcomes Son Donald John III

Bauer Griffin

It’s a boy for Donald Trump Jr. and wife Vanessa! Donald John Trump III arrived just after midnight — 12:09 a.m. — on Wednesday, February 18th in New York City. He weighed in at 8 lbs., 11 oz and was 21 ½ inches long. Donald is the second child for the pair, who are also parents to daughter Kai Madison, 21 months.

The couple announced the pregnancy in August and appeared on the cover of Page Six Magazine in December, where they revealed their new baby would be a delivery surprise, just as Kai had been.

Donald and Vanessa, both 31, married in November 2005.

I guessed the birthday would be Feb. 18 but I don’t know why. Congratulations!

Congrats to them! I love delivery surprises!
I wonder if they’ll call him Donald. DJ might be a cute nickname

- Christine on

I wonder what they will call him, out of curiousity. Maybe DJ?

- Emily on

Congratulations to Donald, Vanessa, and big sister Kai!

- Jennifer on

Maybe they will call him Trey since he is the “third” Donald…

I’m not a fan of all the jnrs and II and III etc etc, specially since I’m not a fan of the name Donald! LOL Couldnt they have used it as a second name? Maybe they’ll call him John or DJ as others have suggested.

They have a girl and a boy now, perfect! Can’t wait to see pics…

it’s a tough legacy to follow and i’ve never liked the “Jr.” and Jr. III and Jr. IV, etc., with regards to naming babies.

- eternalcanadian on

Congrats to them! I am also not a fan of Jr’s, III, IV and so on and so on. i think it’s sexist-why isn’t Kai named Vanessa Jr?????

- Rye on

Rye- Maybe Vaneesa didn’t want her daughter to be named after her!

At least Donald’s a normal name.

i don’t have a problem with it, but maybe that’s b/c my family does the same thing except for women. my family is brasilian, and there is a lot of “re-use” of names for both genders, but it’s a bigger tradition for the girls in our family. we ALL have the same name, just my generation we use it as a middle name. for the other women, they either go by their middle name or by their first and middle together. this goes for myself, mother, grandmother, and many of my mom’s cousins and their daughters.

I had a feeling they would have a boy and name him Donald the third. I even joked about it with myself. They make a cute couple and their little girl Kai is adorable. Donny & Kai super cute. Congrats to them!!!!

I actually think it’s nice to carry on a family name. I don’t mind Jr’s & III’s… special to them I’m sure!!

OOOH I really like the suggestion of calling him DJ…now that’s cute! Does anyone know how to pronounce their daughter’s name? Is it like Kay or Ki?

- Michelle on

Oh my! Another Donald Trump in the world :)

- brannon on

Another Donald Trump. Well, I just hope he gets his dad’s hair and not his grandpa’s…lol.

Congrats to Don and Vanessa on their son! :)

- FC on

Congratulations to the proud parents Vanessa and Donald on their little baby boy!
