Hermès Gustaf Daniel Giersch munches on a pretzel — and guards against any chill — while strolling to the Upper East Side set of Gossip Girl with mom Kelly Rutherford on Friday.

Hermès, 2, will become a big brother in June when Kelly, 40, gives birth to her second child, a baby girl. Dad is Daniel Giersch, with whom Kelly is currently estranged.
