Guy and Rocco Ritchie's Sunday Ski Trip

It was a boys’ weekend for Guy Ritchie and sons Rocco John and David Banda (not pictured) as they enjoyed a ski trip to the Poconos of Pennsylvania. After a spin with a ski instructor 8-year-old Rocco joined his director dad on the slopes, where they spent the afternoon trying to stay on their feet! Although Rocco lost his footing a few times, the pair managed to race down a small hill.

David, 3, spent the time at an indoor playground at the lodge. The boys are Guy’s children with ex-wife Madonna.

Yes, he is Guy’s little mini-me. I’m not sure Madonna’s looks would translate well onto a little boy, so it’s great for Rocco that he’s his dad’s spitting image rather than mum’s I think. That’s not criticism by the way, since we know Madonna has produced a beautiful daughter.

I love it that he takes his kids to a family place like the Poconos and not, like, Aspen or Gstaad or some other wackadoo celebrity hot spot.

Rocco should be wearing a helmet, as should all children (and adults, for that matter!) on the ski slopes.

The helmet debate again? Oh brother. I think it’s weird that he took both boys only to put David in the nursery. The point is to spend time with them right? Maybe he should have planned to take David when he’s a little older…

I think Rocco also looks like some of Madonna’s brothers; they all possess the Ciccone big almond-shaped eyes and straight thick brow.

Terri, maybe while Rocco was having his lesson with the ski instructor Guy was inside with David. Also, maybe David joined them later (or before) to play in the snow. It’s hard to really tell what’s going on from one picture.

I think I did spot Guy holding onto David all bundled up with goggles and a helmet behind Rocco skiing in one picture on another site.

And as to Rocco being Guy’s mini-me, I quite agree. But Lourdes doesn’t really look like Madonna at all either.
