Label Daddy Labels: Cling to These Labels

01/26/2009 at 12:00 PM ET

Label Daddy offers a terrific way to label your child’s items with their very useful label stickers — they offer stick on labels for clothing, shoes, sports equipment and cups, plus allergy notes.

These labels really stay on wonderfully — just peel carefully and stick to apply. We put them on just about everything in our house; like winter jackets, sweatshirts, sippy cups, and lunch bags. Labeling my son’s cups came in very handy during playdates and preschool, where every kid was brandishing a similar type of cup. No matter how many times these labels were run through the dishwasher or washing machine/dryer, they stayed intact. Label Daddy offers a few different types of labels; clothing labels, sports labels (for bags and equipment, but not for clothes), and photo stickers. They also offer allergy note labels (great for sticking on your child’s cups and lunch boxes to inform about an allergy) and return address labels.

We also loved their laminated shoe labels — which was helped my son’s teacher find his shoes easily after gym class. The laminating prevented the label from rubbing off — due to friction from his feet.

Personalizing your labels are really easy, just choose the type you want and hit the create button on the bottom of the page. Then, you can pick the name, font, label color and icon. A staff member from Label Daddy will make sure your spacing and alignment are perfect before your order goes through. You can laminate any of these labels for an extra $4.95 a set.

Mom Said It

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
