A little over one month after welcoming 4 ½-week-old Samuel ‘Sammy’ Kai, actors Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts are clearly smitten – even if they’re trying hard not to let it show. “We like him just fine,” Liev said during the New York City premiere of his new film Defiance. “He can stay,” Naomi added.
Described by Liev as “really, really dishy” and deemed “gorgeous” by Naomi, 17 ½-month-old Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete — the couple’s first child — appears to be a heartbreaker-in-the-making. The proud papa even joked that Sasha already has his fair share of female admirers.
“Sunday Rose [Kidman Urban, 6-months] is after our boy really heavy, and I think it’s kind of weird and early, and I think she should back off, slow down and get her act together before that all happens. And [15 ½-month-old] Olive [Baron Cohen]‘s been after our baby for a while too.”
The boys are in “no rush” to pair off with either Sunday or Olive, however, choosing instead to “take their time” according to Liev. “They’re young men, they live in New York, they’ve got the world in front of them, lots of things to do before they have to settle down,” he joked.
Sunday is the first child together for Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman, who is also mom to 16-year-old Isabella Jane and Connor Antony, turning 14 on Saturday. Olive is the first child for Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen.
Defiance is in theaters today.
