Sasha Schreiber Shares a Smile

Look who’s smiling! The normally serious Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete was clearly enjoying a lift from dad Liev Schreiber while out at the park over the weekend. The family, including mom Naomi Watts, returned to NYC on Monday after spending newborn Samuel Kai‘s first few weeks at their Hamptons home.

The playground playdate was nothing new for Liev, who recently shared that he enjoys acting silly with his 17 ½-month-old son. A favorite game is pseudo-hide-and-seek, whereby Sasha hides behind the arm of the couch and Liev pretends that he can’t see him. “I realize that there’s a kind of a divine Buddha truth in that. I should be doing more things where I’m pretending that I can’t see my son and making him laugh. That is for me is the brighter side of being a father, that there is something to be said for silliness. My son has given me that.”

awww, that is such a cute picture! even though i dislike the papparazzi for their sometimes aggressive tactics, they do take nice pictures and i wonder if celebrities approach the papparazzi for copies of pictures like this. just a thought i had. that if i was a celebrity out with my child and someone took this really nice picture of us, i’d like a copy for the family album, but then i’d be supporting a profession that i might dislike at other times. i guess it isn’t easy being in the public eye, eh?

Wow this is the first time that im seeing him smile. Too cute. I agree with DLR in Canada, while i dislike the papparazi’s aggressiveness towards celebrities, they do take beautiful pictures. Id love to see more pictures of Sasha smiling.
