I do think there’s a difference though, in getting a little Botox or plastic surgery and being so obsessed with body image to have an eating disorder.

I agree with what all of you are saying, but I think I understand what she was trying to say about diet and exercise. There is a really healthy way to talk about what constitutes a balanced diet and appropriate exercise, and that is IMO a vitally important discussion to have given the childhood obesity epidemic. That’s different from constantly talking about dieting, which I think might be what Lisa was talking about. Women who are teeny tiny and constantly talking about how they have to watch their weight or they’ll be FAT and how foods with any kind of fat in it are evil and they must work out for hours a day can cause their daughters and sons to have really unhealthy ideas about their own bodies.

I have run into Lisa Rinna twice at Astroburger in L.A., she can tear apart an astroburger when she has too. Not the diet of someone starving by any means.

I think she is rethinking some of choices she’s made in the past. I saw an interview on another site the other day where she admits that she does regret the work done on her face. Maybe she doesn’t want her daughters to follow in her footsteps?

Um, yeah, having countless cosmetic procedures yourself is really the way to teach your daughters to love and accept their bodies as they are.
Really, have you seen this woman in a bikini? She’s had just about everything done that’s on offer.

Does Lisa really not see the contradictions she’s creating for her daughters? “Trying to teach her daughters to love their bodies no matter what” by not talking to them about diet and exercise?!? By getting Botox and lip injections? By posing in Playboy? The confusion will lead them straight to negative body images and potentially to eating disorders. Shame on you, Lisa!

Wow, I wonder if her daughters will not believe a word she says just like the rest of us. Breast implants and posing for Playboy is not a good example or young girls to love and respect their body. I think she talks out of the both sides of her large lips.
