Grey’s Anatomy actress Chyler Leigh is expecting her third child! “They are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to the new addition to their young family,” her rep tells PEOPLE.
The actress, 26, and her actor/musician husband, Nathan West, are already parents to two children: son Noah Wilde, 5, and daughter Taelyn, 2 ½.
Chyler’s pregnancy will not be written into the Grey’s Anatomy storyline, according to her rep. She joined the show in July of 2007.

I’m sure I’m not the only one that is suprised by that news!!! I wouldn’t have thought she had one child, she looks so young. Well, good for her!!! She has a succesful career and a family.

wow, i wasn’t excpecting this. Congrats to Chyler and her family! I absolutely love her on Grey’s and I really wish they would write it in the show. That’d be a pretty interestin’ storyline, IMO.

That is so cool. I know when she came on Grey’s she was at the end of her pregnancy with Taelyn and you would never know she was pregnant. The clothes they wear on there are excellent for hiding stuff.

I really like this family, I read about them People magazine last year when she joined Grey’s Anatomy!! There is a recent interview with pictures of her kids and her husband-(he’s from the movie ‘Bring it On’. I thought to myself when will they add to their family…this such great news!!

I was looking at her photo and thinking how she looks so familiar. I don’t watch Grey’s Anatomy so I googled her and found out where I know her from! REUNION!! Oh gosh I loved that show and was so sad that it never came back on. It was good.

Yay, I’m really happy for them. I remember reading Shonda Rhimes say that you can’t hide a pregnancy on shows well, so you have to write them in. I’m glad she changed her mind. The one Grey’s Anatomy actor I’m really waiting for to announce a pregnancy is Ellen Pompeo. Now THAT they’d have to write into the show. Ah, a McBaby.
