CelebBabyLover – it was sweet of you to offer advice, I do appreciate it, but it definately isn’t any kind of language delay. My sister is a speech therapist oddly enough and has watched the child for a while now, and it’s not a medical situation. Even to the medically uninformed amongst the family, it is obvious that the reason the little one isn’t talking correctly is because his mum still does not speak to him properly in full sentences, and barks single words at him more than anything else. It’s worrying, but it’s difficult to say anything to my cousin because I don’t think she realises what she’s doing. If it goes on any longer, I will be biting the bullet and forcing myself to say something.

I agree with you on the little diva thing! I bet Suri could easily have ordered around the crew, she would’ve been adorable!

phoebe- Is it possible your cousin’s son has some sort of language delay? If she hasn’t already had him test, I think you should urge her to do so (BTW, this is coming from someone who had to undergo intensive speech therapy for a language delay herself)!

Back on topic…I can just see Suri on the Valkrie set! She seems to be quiet the little diva!

Stories like this make me so angry at my cousin. She has a nearly four-year-old son and has been so neglectful with his language development that I’d be surprised if he could match up to Suri at this age.
