Nigel Barker Welcomes Daughter Jasmine Ines

America’s Next Top Model judge/fashion photographer Nigel Barker and his model wife Cristen Chin Barker, 33, have welcomed their second child, a daughter. Jasmine Ines Barker arrived at 5:03 p.m. on Sunday, December 7th in New York City, weighing in at 7 lbs., 11 oz. "Jasmine and Crissy are doing extremely well!," Nigel tells Us. She joins big brother Jack, who turned three on November 28th.

Nigel, 36, and Christen had announced the pregnancy in June, sharing that they were expecting a boy. Whoops! In September, the couple announced that the baby was actually a girl. Christen’s due date had been December 1st.

I am a big fan of Nigel’s from the America’s Next Top Model Show. He has a good personality, and remains humble, which many in the modeling world do not. When a certain model, which I liked, made a mistake with a snide comment, Nigel did not make a huge deal over it. In fact, he did not let it upset him. It ended upsetting the model. But she apologized- I don’t think she meant to say it, and Nigel forgave her. Congrats to the couple on their second child! Best wishes- A Fan in Illinois

Is it “Jasmine” like in Aladdin lol or a long vowel like “Jasmeen” since Ines also has that “ee” sound.
