Angelina Jolie and Maddox's Toy Run

With the family back in New Orleans on Sunday, mom Angelina Jolie spent some one-on-one time with oldest child Maddox Chivan, 7. The pair visited "A Gallery for Fine Photography" before continuing on the the Little Toy Shop, where the mother-son duo emerged with a bag full of goodies.

Angelina and partner Brad Pitt are also parents to Pax Thien, who just turned 5, Zahara Marley, 3 ½, Shiloh Nouvel, 2 ½, and twins Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline, 4 ½ months.

Every time she takes her kiddies out (never all together) she goes to a toy store. I wish I could indulge mine as much.

Nicole I was just gonna say how little he looks. I forget he is only 7. When he is with the other kids he looks so big -but here he looks so young and cute!

Last I read, Maddox is home schooled. This might be Mad’s special day with Mommy, just like he has a special day with Daddy. Each of the kids has a special alone day with each parent. Jon & Kate just started that with each of their 8 kids and that’s what they want more than anything else.

Besides spanx and running after all the kids, promoting her movie, going to Afghanistan, etc., she did breast feed for 3 months. When I saw how much weight my friend lost breastfeeding, I briefly considered getting pregnant. Then I came to my senses.
